11 Aug 2008 - FUNDRAISING NEWS: Sleepout 2007; Edinburgh Marathon & London 2008; 50/50 Walk 2007


Those who slept out in the grounds of St Albans Abbey in December 2007 have so far raised £4,570.08 more sponsorship to come.

We would like to thank all who slept out and all who sponsored them for assisting in the continuing work of Stevenage Haven with single homeless people.














Our two teams of Hairy Haggis Team Relay runners in the May Edinburgh Marathon have so far raised £1,017.86 including Gift Aid with 4 runners money still to come in.

Ron Cohen's run in April's London Marathon has raised approximately £1,060 including Gift Aid.

Our September 2007 50/50 Sponsored Walk has so far raised £939.05 for Stevenage Haven and a small amount for two other charities (walkers could either nominate Stevenage Haven plus on other charity or juts Stevenage Haven).  Two walkers sponsorship monies are still awaited.
