9 Dec 2008 - 5 STARS AGAIN FOR CHRIS FOSTER HOUSE!!!
Congratulations to all staff at our emergency hostel, Chris Foster House, and particularly to Frankie and Nina in achieving another 5 Star rating from Stevenage Borough Council's Environmental Health Officers who visited un-announced on the 9th of December. This is the second time Stevenage Haven's food hygiene has been measured using the scores on the doors system and now on both occasions Stevenage Haven has achieved the highest rating of 5 Stars, a rating many restaurants in the town fail to achieve.
Chris Foster House provides all meals for the 18 homeless residents as well as catering for ex-residents who return to the hostel for the occasional meal.
