1 Jul 2007 - New Faces


Over the last few months we have said goodbye to Andy Goodwin, Project Worker, who has moved to North Herts District Council as a Homelessness Officer and to Trinder Jaspal, Senior Project Worker, who is pursuing a career in Counselling. We wish both Andy and Trinder well in their new careers.


We will also be saying a partial farewell to Les Betts who has been on a student placement this year from the University of Hertfordshire as part of his Masters Degree Course. Les will however be staying with us as a Sessional Worker.


We have now welcomed Cath Campbell (see opposite) as a Project Worker. However Cath is no newcomer to Stevenage Haven having worked with us since 2002 as a Sessional Worker and a volunteer prior to joining us full time.


We also welcome Karen Jacobs (see below) as our new Senior Project Worker. Karen has worked for the past 4 years as Deputy Project Manager at the Education and Youth Services in Stevenage and she lives locally.
