10 Mar 2006 - Donation of new Jeans for Emergency Clothes Store
B&Q Stevenage donated 26 pairs of new jeans to Stevenage Haven which have provided a welcome addition to the Emergency Clothes Store at Chris Foster House. Homeless clients at Chris Foster House, Stevenage Haven's emergency single homeless hostel for men and women aged 16 and above, can sometimes arrive at the hostel with only the clothes they stand up in. The emergency clothes store is used to provide residents with an additional change of new clothes which then allows their own clothes to be washed. Frankie Trudgill, the Manager of Chris Foster House, is pictured holding up a pair of the new jeans.
