17 Sep 2007 - NEW SUPPORTED LODGINGS WORKER APPOINTED
Zoe Day, who has been Stevenage Haven's Human Resources Administrator and a volunteer at Chris Foster House for the last 3 years, has been appointed as the new Supported Lodgings Worker. Zoe will continue with her HR responsibilities as both posts are part time. Tania Barradell has now become Stevenage Haven's Secure & Settled Worker and a phased handover to Zoe is underway.
DO YOU HAVE A SPARE BEDROOM in your house which you would be willing to rent to a lodger who is currently a resident at our single homeless hostel?? Lodgings arrangements are on a supported basis where both landlord and lodger receive support from our Supported Lodgings Worker throughout the period of the lodgings arrangement. Careful matching of landlords with potential lodgers ensures that all parties are happy before a lodgings arrangement commences.
